Get Fit Stay Woke was designed and created by Desirae Monique (@wokebear). Desirae graduated from her BA program with a degree in Yoga & Meditation, and is now pursuing her MS in Exercise Science. Having received her CPT (NCSF) after studying meditation for several years, Desirae developed these programs with two of her biggest aspirations in mind: to help people achieve their fitness goals and to share the power and benefits of mindfulness practice.
