Get Fit Stay Woke programs are tailored specifically to your physical health and mindfulness goals. Bringing together aspects of mobility, yoga, and meditation, programs are designed with you in mind. Whether you've never stepped foot onto a yoga mat or you need something different from your weekly meditation regimen, GFSW monthly programs will help you achieve the level of mindfulness you strive for. Both meditation newbies and seasoned practitioners are welcomed to join as well! Interested in only mobility training or only meditations? All good! Preferences and all, GFSW is for you.

Who is Woke Bear?

Body & mind is my everything…

Movement has been my medicine for as long as I can remember. At a young age, I fell in love with dance. Turning 15 years old, I made a promise to myself I'd become a yoga instructor. On my 18th birthday, I had completed my sixth marathon. Now, at 25, I've received my B.A. in Yoga, competed in several bodybuilding shows, traveled the world as a dancer, and haven't once loss my passion for it all.

Nourishing my body through movement and challenging my mind through stillness is what sustains me. Yoga, the perfect union of physical + mental endurance, has become what keeps me alive and whole. As a student of my body & mind, I am constantly learning how to work with my own limitations. As a teacher of yoga, I aspire to share my breakthroughs with anyone who wants to listen.
